Famous Maker Challenge #6

Here's one more for the Famous Maker Challenge...

Some hints:
1. Another North  Carolina potter
2. Female
3. Think "colored porcelain"

Anybody?

Winner of our last challenge:
Congrats to Cynthia of Colorado Art Studio, who guessed David Gary Wright. He taught a workshop at Sierra Nevada College at Lake Tahoe many moons ago. It was such a great experience.

Back update:
I'm back in the studio! Another acupuncture session yesterday. Really helps. I'm examining how I do everything and making changes to prevent problems in the future.

I have no idea but it is a totally cute mug. Good luck with your back and your work. I feel totally achey this morning, like I was beaten with sticks overnight. Maybe there is a lunchtime nap in my near future...

Oh shoot - I was going to say Jane Peiser. I only know her work because I'm interested in coloring clay with mason stains and oxides!

We have a sweet little cup with goats on it. Maybe I should send it over to Ron for development!

Hi All! Way to go Pauline, Ron, Jeff, Cynthia and Michael! And yes, Gary, you do spend way too much time being a potter and way too little time reading about them! Ha! (Joke on myself as I do spend a lot of time with my head in the books and mags.)

thanks everybody for participating!
