Plates in the oven

Finished decorating a load of plates. Am refining these graphics and liking them more on each subsequent plate. And, gee, the more I make, the better they're looking. Funny how that works.

Hey I just finished decorating a half dozen plates. It is great how things move along, hopefully getting better as we go and also discovering new ideas.

I like them. They look like they are a continuation of your going in circles motif......Very nice!

I'm lovin' these!!
p.s. your dog, Mae, is a sweetie - don't you worry about her being a "bull in a china shop?"

Hi Kimberly! Yep, my pottery poodle Mae is wonderful. She's my muse in the studio and is soooooo calm -- as long as I've walked her to the studio, and also given her a run on the ranch in the early morning. There is a walking/running trail along the coastal bluffs and they allow dogs off leash (as long as they are within voice command - HA!)... and all the dogs in Cambria just have a blast playing with one another. Very lucky dogs!
